These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern use of the website jkb-healing.co.uk and the complementary wellness services offered by JKB Holistic Healing (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using this site or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
JKB Holistic Healing provides practitioner-led bioresonance assessments, remote nail analysis, frequency / Rife-style wellness sessions and related educational information. We are based in Essex and support clients across the UK where services allow.

2. Important wellbeing notice
Our services are complementary wellness services. They are not medical diagnosis, medical treatment, or a substitute for advice from your GP or other qualified healthcare professional. We do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. If you have symptoms or medical concerns, seek appropriate medical care.
3. Website use
- Content on this website is for general information and education only.
- You must not misuse the site (for example attempting to breach security or copy content for commercial use without permission).
- We may update or withdraw pages, prices or service descriptions at any time.
4. Services & bookings
- Service descriptions and prices are shown on our Services pages and may change.
- Booking requests are confirmed when we contact you (for example by phone or email). A preferred date is not a confirmed appointment until we agree it.
- Remote Nail Analysis requires you to follow sample collection and posting instructions carefully.
- Reports and recommendations are personalised complementary guidance, not medical reports.
5. Payments, cancellations & refunds
- Fees are stated at booking or on the relevant service page.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible.
- Refunds, where offered, are considered case by case according to work already completed (for example analysis already performed).
6. Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact and wellbeing information relevant to your booking.
- Tell us about any circumstances that may affect remote sample handling or in-person attendance.
- Do not use our services instead of emergency or urgent medical care.
7. Intellectual property
Website text, branding, images and materials belong to JKB Holistic Healing or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without written permission. Personal reports are for your own use.
8. Privacy & cookies

9. Limitation of liability
